Three notable news

First New: Diana reached a cognitive milestone in understanding the accident, remembering what we told her happened, and feeling bad that another person was affected. On Sunday we visited with the family and experienced healing together. It was a wonderful way to let go of the old and herald in the new. Diana thanked her hero for swerving. While we wish we would have met under different circumstances, we love this family. And I am proud of Diana for her courage.

Second New: This morning Diana remembered her dream from last night.  This is a fabulous thing because she is a vivid dreamer and could always remember them before. She is excited!

Third New: It’s a little thing, but it feels great when I hear Diana think out loud little  faster, reply to questions a little faster and even sound like herself on the stairs. We noticed that Saturday that her reflexes are a little faster too. 

She will be going to a few hours of school this week and we will see how she feels!
